Independent Study Pottery

This 6-week class is for students who have taken a multi-session class and want to continue exploring clay together in a group setting. Students will work independently and support one another. Instructor, Hope Thomas, will be present for any assistance needed. Includes studio glazes and tools. Firing and Clay are not included in tuition. This is a continuing class so students are encouraged to take as many sessions as desired.

NOTE: Students must have attended one of our multi-week pottery classes to sign up for this session or receive permission from the instructor.

Please wear appropriate clothing for getting clay on, trim your fingernails, tie back long hair and remove any hand accessories. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that participants bring a towel to drape across their lap.

Pottery pieces not picked after 30 days will be discarded.

Class may be canceled due to low enrollment in which case a full refund will be issued.

MakerSpace Charlotte is located on the left side of the building, up the ramp. Ring bell for entry.
