How easy it is to make homemade pasta? Lam found several MakerSpace members with a wide range of cooking skills — from novice to master chef — willing to give it a try! We not only made pasta but a delicious Carbonara sauce out of butter, bacon, yellow and green squash, and Parmesan and Pecorino cheeses. We also tried a few Mushroom and Cheese Ravioli. For a non-dairy option, Morgan made tomato and basil-based sauce from his homegrown tomatoes that he grows in Rock Hill. After all that pasta, we needed something sweet and Morgan was happy to oblige. What better dessert than Crepes with cinnamon-sugar or strawberry jam.
